You are able to cancel with no charges up to 48 hours before arrival (48 hours is from 14:00hrs on day of arrival). Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. For group bookings, cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained.
Confirmation of group bookings may require payment of a non-refundable deposit.
Any reservations that result in a No Show will be treated as per the cancellation policy, We reserve the right to resell your booking in the event of a No Show.
Check-in is available from 14:00hrs on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00hrs on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
All reservations require a pre-authorisation of a credit card, we reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit card for the total amount of your booking prior to your arrival. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. If you have booked a special advanced non refundable rate, we reserve the right to charge your booking in full prior to your arrival. Please note if your credit card is unable to be pre-authorised, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell the room.
Non-Refundable bookings or Special Advanced Rate Non-Refundable bookings will be charged in advance in full prior to your arrival. Please note if your credit card is unable to be charged, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell the room.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time or by the due date.
Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.
We operate a strictly non-smoking premises. If you do smoke, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges at a minimum of $250.00
