Toast Martinborough 2015 Package

Toast Martinborough 2015 promises to be another fantastic day out for wine and food connoisseurs.

Set in around nine boutique vineyards ­– accessible both on foot and in free shuttle buses that travel the route – the event offers festival-goers a unique opportunity to taste wines from both current and past vintages. Each has been matched with superb, restaurant-quality food and live performances from some of the best musicians in the business.

It all adds up to a ‘must do' event, with more than 70 world-class wines, 100 delectable dishes and 20 live performances awaiting you on the day.

The Boulcott Lodge and Tirohana Estate are providing an exclusive Toast Martinborough event and accommodation package. The package includes two nights accommodation, event tickets, exclusive dining package at Tirohana Estate and transport to and from the venue.

These exclusive packages can only be booked by calling 04 58 615 58 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable, we are able to guarantee entry tickets up to Friday 18th September, after this date we will put you onto a standby list. Spaces are limited so we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. 

Festival Information


Hours

10am – 6pm

Car Parking
If you prefer to drive please park well away from The Square and all festival site gateways. Be responsible and nominate a sober driver!

Tickets
Proceed to The Square anytime from 9.30am to exchange your ticket for your programme and day pass – a festival glass, wristband, and ribbon holder – which will allow you entry to all the festival sites and access to the shuttle buses. Glass passes will not be issued to persons under the age of 18 years.

Train Passengers
Festival-goers travelling by train can purchase Festival Francs onboard in exchange for cash. You will exchange your ticket at Featherston station.

Festival Shuttle Buses
Shuttle buses will operate continuously along the festival route.

Conditions of entry
Persons showing signs of intoxication on arrival to the festival will be refused entry. Persons who are visibly intoxicated once inside the festival will not be served alcohol, and will be asked to leave the premises. It is against the law to serve alcohol to minors. If we are in doubt of your age, we will ask you for identification. Acceptable forms of proof of age are a photo driver's licence, an 18+ Evidence of Age card or a current passport.

Wine & Food
Wine and food at festival sites can only be purchased with Festival Francs. Only food or drink purchased at sites is permitted on sites. Unauthorized food and drink will be confiscated. Lunch will be served at Tirohaha estate between 12pm and 2pm, guests must report to the Grand Marquee.

Festival Francs
Francs can be purchased at the Festival Bank at The Square or at Festival Bank sites at each vineyard by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or EFTPOS up until 5pm. No cheques accepted. Francs are valid for festival day only, from 10am - 6pm at vineyards, and 7pm at The Square. No refund on Festival Francs purchased. To extend their shelf life, exchange any unspent francs for wine vouchers at the Francs Exchange. See below. From 7pm onwards on festival day, festival francs become invalid, and have no value.

Francs Exchange
You can exchange any unspent Francs for wine vouchers for the vineyard of your choice from 4pm – 7:00pm in The Square. These are valid for 3 months from the date of the festival. Bottles may not be purchased from the Square to take away.

Existing medical conditions and medications
Toast Martinborough reminds festival-goers to ensure they bring any prescribed medications for pre-existing medical conditions. This is especially important for asthmatics. For any festival-goers that require medication that needs to be refrigerated, the St John Ambulance Station have refrigeration space available to store any medication. Please ensure this is in a clear plastic bag, clearly labelled with your name on it.

Cancellation
In the event of adverse weather, please listen to More FM on event day from 6am for cancellations. In the unlikely event that Toast Martinborough is cancelled the festival will not be rescheduled. Please note the package is Non-Refundable.

Important
Shared transport to and from the venue will be provided by Tranzit Coaches, times and pickup points will be confirmed as soon as these are available. If travelling through our pre-arranged transport package, it is your responsibility to ensure you catch the bus at the scheduled times. Alternative transportation back to The Boulcott Lodge will be at your own arrangement and cost.
